| Other: | Users must comply with Copyright provisions. The Regional Library applies security, identification and item labels to all Audio-Visual items. Users who damage or remove labels will be charged for replacement of the label or replacement cost of the item if damage renders the item unusable. Users are strongly advised to inspect all materials before using them to verify that they are in good condition and that they are suitable for use in their equipment. No liability is accepted by the Regional Library for loss or damage to equipment arising from the usage of any item borrowed from the Regional Library for any reason whatsoever.
