Question : How can I join the library? Answer : Membership of the Regional Library allows members to borrow materials and access Public Access Internet terminals. Any Victorian resident may join the library by completing a membership application available at any branch, providing adequate personal and residential identification and undertaking to comply with conditions of membership.
