Why can't I get in to my account or place holds and renew items?
Answer :
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to get in to your account over the Internet. 1. You may have forgotten your PIN. You will need to go to a library or phone a library or administration on 5241 6151 to find out what it is. 2. An address check is required. This happens once every 12 months and is done in person at a library. 3. Your library membership needs to be reregistered. This occurs once every 3 years or when a membership changes from junior to teenager to young adult. Reregistration is done in person at a library. 4. Fees owing, inlcuding fines and charges for lost or damaged items exceeds $50. Please visit a library to begin paying the fees.
