Does the Library provide Internet Services?
Answer :
Public Access Internet
Access to the Internet is available at all branches.
Bookings are required, and may be made in person or over the telephone to the specific branch. Members are required to present their library card. Bookings can be made up to one week in advance. A member may only hold one booking at any given time. Each booking is for a maximum of one hour. Members are required to be self sufficient in the use of the PC hardware and the Internet.
A4 printing in Black and White is available from each terminal.
Fees do apply
To ensure protection from viruses, only new disks purchased at the Branch may be used for downloading.
Access to the Internet is currently a free service. Fees may be applied to email and chat services in the future.
